Naturally at home
Born in 1975 in Germany, life has taken me to many continents and experiences, placing me on top of one of the Algarve's highest and most beautiful mountains together with my partner & our animals.
As the daughter of a traditional yoga teacher and naturopath, I learned to care for nature and animals in a tender and respectful way early on, centering around health, meditation and balance of body, mind & spirit for both humans and animals.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing with you some of the finest ways to come back home to yourself - in harmony with your nature, your heart and your soul.
