A horse's bio-magnetic field is about 5 times larger and stronger than a human's. Just being in the presence of a horse can therefore balance our heart rate and stabilise our emotions.
Also, extensive studies have shown that interacting with a horse can significantly decrease inflammation in the body, PTSD, anxiety, depression, boost our immune system
and greatly enhance our mood.
